ReHanna Mendoza, M.S., BCBA, founded Elenza Consulting with a vision of bringing practical, compassionate, and evidence-based behavior consultation to families, schools, and adult service providers. Her experience spans early intervention, insurance-based ABA, school consultation, crisis support, adult residential services, clinical leadership, and professional education. She believes meaningful change begins with understanding behavior and equipping the people who support others every day.
